How to buy

You can buy as many items as you want, just click on the add to cart icon under the item you wish to buy. You can add as many items as you like. Once you have finished you can go to the checkout buy clicking on the till. This is always on the bottom left of your screen.

Some items will have more than one option when buying please read carefully before making your selection. If you change your mind about an item you can add or remove it in the checkout screen..

Postage

Is charged on the amount you spend and is charged at the checkout the postage amounts are as follows:

If you spend between £20 - £99 postage = £5
If you spend between £100 - £149 postage = £6
If you spend £150 or more postage = £15

(We are now able to mail items anywhere in the world, if you live outside the UK or Ireland (mail to Ireland is the same as in the UK) please email store@therealmckee.co.uk and we will get a quote for postae to you.

How do I Pay

I use paypal for all transactions, it is safe and easy to use. Paypal accepts all major credit and debit cards you can find out more about paypal at www.paypal.com

When will I receive my order

Once an order is completed you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. Your item, or items will be dispatched within 7 - 10 days after this.

Can I return an item

If you are unhappy with an item you can return it within 14 days of receiving it, you must send the item back in the condition it was sent along with your confirmation of purchase email to the bellow address:
